The web service label provides the customer with complete DACHSER labels (including SSCC and the four-digit code for the long-distance relation (LDR)). It returns the labels in the desired format (PDF or ZPL) together with all generated SSCC and the LDR.

The web service sscc provides serial shipping container codes (SSCC) from a specific number range of the DACHSER SSCC pool. The issued numbers are unique and contain a valid check digit at the end. This service can be used by customers who want to set up an EDI connection without having their own GLN and therefore are not able to generate SSCC. The provision of a valid SSCC/NVE is a mandatory requirement for an EDI interface with DACHSER.
